Dr. Nitin Mittal graduated in Ayurvedic Medicine & Surgery from R.G.U.H.S., Bangalore, Karnataka.
He also completed a postgraduate certificate course in ano-rectal diseases from Poddar Ayurvedic Medical College, Mumbai.
His professional work includes Ayurvedic internal medicine, Panchakarma therapy, yoga practices, meditation techniques and diet guidance.
